Level Description
Introductory Series: (60 minute classes)
This series is designed to introduce yoga in the tradition of Iyengar method. Each class builds from the previous class and the basic standing, sitting, forward extensions, introductory inversions and restorative poses are taught.
Level 1:
Builds from the basic postures and expand further upon the asana learnt in the introductory level. Basic twistings, basic back bends, introduction to headstand and variations of shoulder stand will be introduced.
Level 2:
From the foundation of Level 1, learn to scope deeper into the standing and basic poses. Learning to balance in inversions, getting deeper into back bends.
Mixed Level:
For students who have completed the Introductory series with regular practice at level 1
