Level Description

Foundation:
This series is designed to introduce yoga in the tradition of the Iyengar method. Each class builds from the previous class. Newcomers learn the basic poses and others can reacquaint with these building blocks.    

Level 1: 
Expands the postures of the foundation level. Basic twists, back bends and inversions are introduced.

Level 2:
Learn to refine your practice. Learn to balance in inversions, forward bends and get deeper into back bends.

Level 3:
Continue to advance your practice of all the poses and refine inversions, backbends, forward bends and twists. 

Mixed Level:
For students who have a regular practice at Level 1 with a desire to advance their understanding of asana.

Advance Poses Lab:
For students interested to progress through successive stages towards advanced poses in the Iyengar tradition.
