This workshop will review the philosophy, art and science of Patanjali's yoga as taught by Yogacharya BKS Iyengar at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute. A deeper focus on poses from each family of asanas: standing, forward balancing and backbends.
Time: 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Single day fee: $45:00

This workshop will introduce the sixth and seventh limbs of yoga - Dharana (concentration) and dhyana (Meditation). It will focus on asanas in preparation for quietening the mind as it learns to prepare for meditation. It will focus on supine chest/heart openers, forward bends and inversions.
Time: 10:00 AM-1:00 PM
Single day fee: $55:00
Total Fee for Full Workshop: $80:00
To conclude the weekend workshop, a light Ayurvedic Vegetarian Meal will be served on Sunday.
